We recently visited a hotel tucked away between breathtaking hikes and ski slopes manageable by a standard cab. the rooms had comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast buffet had a delightful variety of fresh fruit and pastries. the staff provided excellent service, and the facilities had many advantages, including serene pools and a nearby lake great for swimming.
The small fitness center was lacking and could use some upgrades.

We loved the spacious room with a large, comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit and the Los Troncos Buffet Restaurant had excellent, simple food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pools and nearby lake were great for relaxation and swimming.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel is located within a beautiful natural park, perfect for couples who appreciate nature. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the heated indoor pool was a hit with us. We also loved the delicious food offered at the restaurant and the stunning views from the dining area.
The service was slow and not very attentive to our needs. the hotel could improve by providing more amenities for a relaxing and romantic escape, such as better soundproofing, softer lighting in the rooms, and more comfortable seating in the common areas.

My recent business trip to the hotel located in a beautiful environment was an amazing way to spend my downtime. the cover charge included all I could eat and drink throughout the day and access to the beautiful hot and cold pools. As an added advantage, the hotel had friendly staff and was ideal for anyone from families to friends. the stunning building and grounds made me feel like royalty, and the picturesque view from my room was the icing on the cake.
The hotel was a bit overpriced, and the food was not up to par with gourmet standards. Although the staff was friendly, finding the pool could be a bit tricky as the signs weren't available, and it was a bit of an obstacle course.

This hotel fulfills all luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities of the Spa & wellness center, including massage, body wraps, and beauty treatments, were exceptional.
The hotel offered expensive meals and lacked affordable options. the food served at the restaurant did not meet the standards one expects from an exclusive venue.
